How it was run. October 31, 2026, one request per model and every one worked first time. 10 seconds (Veo 3.1 stops at 8), 16:9, no generated sound where the model has a switch (Kling 4.0 does not, so it is muted here). Resolutions differ: Seedance 2.5 offered 720p at most on both services, MiniMax H3 is listed at 2K only on OpenRouter, where we ran it. Cost is what OpenRouter charged, or Replicate's list price multiplied by the seconds. The grading is ours, on one prompt: a sample, not a benchmark, and "cheapest" means of these seven clips. All seven clips are AI-generated.
