    How to use

    Plan: drag furniture to move it (snaps to 5 cm). R rotates the selected piece 90°, arrow keys nudge 5 cm.
    3D: drag to orbit, wheel to zoom, right-drag to pan.
    Walk: WASD to walk, drag to look around. Eye height 1.60 m.
    Positions are the centre of each piece: x from the west wall, z from the north (window) wall, in metres. The chair is left out of the walkway check because it tucks under the desk.
