What we collect

• Account: your email, the name you give and your password (stored only as a one-way hash).
• Membership: your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
• Security: the IP address of failed log-in attempts, kept for 15 minutes; the date of your last log-in.

Why

To provide the membership you asked for (contract), to keep accounts secure (legitimate interest) and to keep the accounting records the law requires.

Who else sees it

Stripe Payments Europe (payments and invoices) and our hosting provider. Nobody else; we do not sell data and we do not use advertising trackers on the Academy.

Cookies

One technical session cookie keeps you logged in. No analytics or advertising cookies.

How long

Account data while your account exists; payment records as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to the contact address above. You can also complain to your data-protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
